What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller and you must contact and/or refer to the main sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds usually are made back to an original card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However, some resellers can have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please refer to the initial sellers refund policy.

Requirements to get a 100 % refund

Large Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

To return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and will ask you to contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
